Flat Rate Shipping
All orders ship anywhere in Canada for a flat fee of $20 CAD.
No hidden charges, no math puzzles at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
During product launches or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer (thanks for being patient while we pack your gear).
Shipping Time
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, but our commitment is best effort: we’ll hand it off quickly and push it out the door as fast as possible.
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.
Delays
Weather, carrier delays, or other things we can’t control may slow things down. If it happens, know that we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you.
30-Day Return Policy
At Swirls, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
